  • Influencer Project Manager

    Job purpose/summary:

    As an Influencer Project Manager you will manage collaborations between some of the top brands and influencers in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our network of bloggers, vloggers and social influencers. With this knowledge, you will oversee the optimal matchmaking, together with our matchmaking team, between our influencers and the international brands we work with. You will run several mid-level campaigns simultaneously, with the support of the Influencer Director. You will write briefings and be expected to independently reach-out and negotiate collabs and take the lead from A-Z. This is a client facing role, across your campaigns you will be in direct contact with our clients for which project management skills are of essence.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Review the influencer selection and write briefs for your campaigns;
    • Reach-out to influencers including celebrities and negotiate with influencers;
    • Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign KPIs are met;
    • Develop influencer contracts (along with the Legal department.);
    • Develop content plannings and review creative content (visuals and copy);
    • Grow the influencer network;
    • Client management;
    • Stay in contact with the influencers during the campaign as well as  prior to and during productions.

    Additional skills:

    • 3+ of work experience in an international digital marketing or advertising agency;
    • Experience with managing influencers;
    • A structured way of working; strong in planning and organisation, excellent attention to detail;
    • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, blogging, vlogging and social networks;
    • An eye for quality content and storytelling;
    • A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team;
    • Experience in communicating directly with clients;
    • Fluent in English: secondary language such as French or Spanish is a plus.

  • Senior Brand Partnerships Manager NYC

    Job purpose/summary:

    As a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager you will be part of the Brand Partnerships team. Our Senior Brand Partnerships Managers are responsible for driving strategic commercial opportunities for the agency by building relationships with new and existing clients. It is your responsibility to clearly communicate the client's briefings and goals, initiate brainstorms to create the optimal campaign format with your team. You will present and pitch to clients with clear and concise presentations and demonstrations. This is a highly commercial role where you will get the opportunity to use and develop your sales skills.

    When a client is signed and all the terms have been finalized you will sit with our Campaign / Influencer Management team to hand over the project and put in place parameters for optimal execution of the proposal and communication with the client. Many of our clients are international companies, therefore some level of International travel is required.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    ● Reach-out to leads and prospects proactively;

  • Internship Influencer Management (only for enrolled students)

    Job purpose/summary:

    As an Influencer Management intern you will support our team of Influencer Managers in collaborations with some of the best brands and influencers in the industry. You will gain in depth knowledge of our network of bloggers, vloggers and social influencers. With this knowledge, you will oversee the optimal matchmaking, together with our matchmaking team, between our influencers and the international brands we work with. Together with an Influencer Manager you will write briefings and be expected to support with reach-outs and maintain contact with the influencers during a campaign.

    You will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have gained at school in a dynamic office full of energy!

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Keep our software platform up to date;
    • Keep an eye on influencer management trends;
    • Assist in the research of specific influencer personas;
    • Monitor a list of various social profiles throughout the duration of campaigns;
    • Liaise with influencers directly on various campaigns;
    • Support with contract development;
    • Assist with the kitchen and lunch duty, as well as general office tasks.

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters related degree program in either marketing, fashion or communication;

  • Internship Design (only for enrolled students)

    Job purpose/summary:

    As a Design Intern you will work alongside our Design team and assist with the preparation, design and concept creation of pitch proposals. In addition you will support the designers with content creation and (digital) designs for social campaigns. You will receive guidance and feedback along the way and have multiple opportunities to contribute to the design team, whilst building on your own skills and experience.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Support the Brand Partnerships and Studio teams in collaborations with well known international brands with designing creative proposals tailored to the branding specifications of the clients;
    • Support with creating (visual) designs, creative campaigns and advertising assets for a variety of clients;
    • Help generate new ideas and creative thoughts;
    • Assist the Studio team members whenever needed e.g. image sourcing and creating mock-up materials.

    Additional skills:

    • Organisational and time management skills;
    • English language skills are a must; Dutch is a plus
    • Experience working with Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign;
    • Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects and Google Slides is a plus
    • The confidence to express ideas, and the ability to apply feedback into practice;

    Job purpose/summary:

    As an Influencer Development Intern you will support our Influencer Developers who are part of the Brand Partnerships team. One of the responsibilities of the Brand Partnerships Team is delivering the best campaign proposals to prospective clients, and one important part of the proposal is the influencer match.

    You will assist the Influencer Developers in sourcing some of the best influencers across various industries on a full-time basis. Together with the Influencer Developers you will create influencer proposals for the clients. You will have to dive into the world of influencers and support the team in finding the biggest and upcoming talents and digital influencers.

    Job purpose/summary:

    As our Office Manager you are the face of IMA for all of our employees and part of the Core team. You'll be responsible for making everything in and around the office run as smoothly as possible. The Office Manager supports our 80+ employees with a wide range of tasks, proactively helping where needed. You'll be responsible for our office space, all facilities, HR Support, and other administrative tasks. In short, you will be the spider in our operational web.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Manage the office space, facilities and supplies;
    • Responsible for contact with all suppliers related to the office space/facilities e.g. IT systems, catering, cleaning and office supplies;
    • Check and approve declarations/expenses from all employees;
    • Arrange team events, meetings and know how sessions;
    • Manage our Travel System;
    • On-boarding new Employees;
    • HR Administration;
    • Responsible for the Interns duties e.g. kitchen cleaning, answering the office telephone and welcome guests;
    • Constantly think of ways to create the best office set up and provide the most efficient place for our employees to work.
