  • Summer Internship Influencer Management

    Job purpose/summary:

    As an Influencer Management Summer intern you will support our team of Influencer Managers in collaborations with some of the best brands and influencers in the industry. You will gain in depth knowledge of our network of bloggers, vloggers and social influencers. With this knowledge, you will oversee the optimal matchmaking, together with our matchmaking team, between our influencers and the international brands we work with. Together with an Influencer Manager you will write briefings and be expected to support with reach-outs and maintain contact with the influencers during a campaign.

    You will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have gained at school in a dynamic office full of energy!

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Keep our software platform up to date;
    • Keep an eye on influencer management trends;
    • Assist in the research of specific influencer personas;
    • Monitor a list of various social profiles throughout the duration of campaigns;
    • Liaise with influencers directly on various campaigns;
    • Support with contract development;
    • Assist with the kitchen and lunch duty, as well as general office tasks.

     

    Additional skills:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters related degree program in either marketing, fashion or communication;
    • Passion for digital, online branding, marketing, fashion and lifestyle;
    • Reads and follows blogs, social media / is interested in the world of digital influence;

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    As a Brand Partnerships Manager you are responsible for building relationships with existing, and potential new clients. You will follow up leads, approach potential clients, and educate them on the services and solutions that IMA provides.

    You are also responsible for creating strategies, proposals, and pitch decks., Based on client briefings, you will work closely with an internal pitch team to shape the optimal influencer marketing solution.

    All our campaigns are tailored to the unique needs of the client and created in close collaboration their marketing team. Therefore, you will act as consultant for the client during the pitch process, ensuring that the optimal campaign format is offered to reach the client's goals. It will be your responsibility to clearly communicate the client's briefings and goals, initiate creative brainstorms and to create the best campaign format with your team.

    Many of our clients are located throughout the country, therefore the role will involve some travelling. You will handle financial negotiations and are responsible for finalizing/negotiating other terms and details. When a partnership is closed, you will work with the Production Management department, to ensure seamless execution of the campaign and communication with the client during execution. In the whole process you oversee the creative direction of the campaign.

    In this role you will report directly to the Senior Vice President, USA as well as the Executive Team based in Amsterdam.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Affinity with sales or business development and strategy in the digital /advertising / creative industry;
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a digital, advertising, marketing environment;
    • Experience or education in (digital) marketing and strong knowledge of the digital marketing space;
    • Advanced copywriting skills
    • Digital Native;
    • Social skills, team player and well-organized;
    • Independent, driven, creative, strategic and responsible;
    • Fluent in English writing, speaking and presenting;
    • Living in NYC Area, or willing to relocate within short time span (must have work permit for USA).

  • Junior Office Manager

    Job purpose/summary:

    As our junior Office Manager you are the face of IMA for all of our employees and part of the Core team. You'll be responsible for making everything in and around the office run as smoothly as possible. The junior Office Manager supports our 80+ employees with a wide range of tasks, proactively helping where needed. You'll be responsible for our office space, all facilities and other administrative tasks. In short, you will be the spider in our operational web.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Manage the office space, facilities and supplies;
    • Responsible for contact with all suppliers related to the office space/facilities e.g. IT systems, catering, cleaning and office supplies;
    • Check and approve declarations/expenses from all employees;
    • Arrange team events, meetings and know how sessions;
    • Manage our Travel System;
    • Responsible for the Interns duties e.g. kitchen cleaning, answering the office telephone and welcome guests;
    • Constantly think of ways to create the best office set up and provide the most efficient place for our employees to work.

  • Trainee Visual Design

    Job purpose/summary:

    As a Trainee Visual Design you will be part of our design team. You will be responsible for the preparation, design and concept creation of pitch proposals. In addition you will support the designers with content creation and (digital) designs for social campaigns. This traineeship will due 6 months with the possibility to grow into a junior.

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Work together with our Brand Relations and Studio teams in collaborations with well known international brands by designing creative pitches/proposals, tailored to the branding specifications of the clients;
    • Execute visual designs for commercial pitches/proposals, creative campaigns and advertising assets tailored to specific clients;
    • Improve your design skills and knowledge under experienced supervision, and be part of a young and enthusiastic team;
    • Stay up to date with the latest (digital and graphic) design trends.

     

    Additional Skills:

    • 1-2 years working experience as a graphic/visual designer is a plus;
    • A design related education;
    • Organised with the ability to work neatly and independently as-well as in a team;
    • Graphic design skills and ability to make great creative designs;
    • Accustomed to work with Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign;
    • Interest in developing skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus;
    • Interest in web design is a plus;

  • Junior Influencer Developer (NYC office)

    Job purpose/summary:

    As a Junior Influencer Developer you will be part of the Brand Partnerships Team. The Brand Partnership Managers strive for new partnerships to produce campaigns for. They translate client briefings and are responsible for creating the best campaign proposals and pitches for the clients. As a Junior Influencer Developer you will be responsible for the influencer matchmaking as part of the proposal process. For an Influencer Developer it is a daily task to find the best influencers via different social media channels to add at our pool. You will work closely with the Brand Partnerships Managers to ensure the best influencer matches are made for all of our different campaign proposals.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers and online media in designated verticals and social platforms;
    • Influencer liaison for new partnerships and projects;
    • Take part in creative brainstorm sessions with our Branding Team, where you will be seen as the influencer expert for the project/campaign;
    • Match make between brand and influencers based on the clients brief. Creative and strategic thinking for the best possible strategy and set-up;
    • Expand our database with new influencers, as well as nurture our existing global network;
    • Be ahead of market trends and understand the needs and trends in terms of Social Media and Influencer Marketing;
    • Think creatively and focus on opportunities for the growth of our Influencer database. New markets, new segments and so on;

    Additional Skills:

    • 0-3 years work experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency;

You will have to dive into the world of influencers and support the team in finding the biggest and upcoming talents and digital influencers.

    Job purpose/summary:

    As a Professional Brand Partnerships Manager you will be part of the Brand Partnerships Management team. Our Brand Partnerships Managers are responsible for driving strategic commercial opportunities for the agency by building relationships with new and existing clients. It is your responsibility to clearly communicate the client's briefings and goals, initiate creative brainstorms and to create the optimal campaign format with your team. You will present and pitch to clients in clear and concise presentations and demonstrations.

    When a client is signed and all terms have been finalised you will sit with our Campaign / Influencer Management team to hand over the project and put in place parameters for optimal execution of the proposal and communication with the client.

    Many of our clients are international companies, therefore some level of European and International travel is required.
