    Job description

    As a Junior Digital Marketeer, you will work within our Digital Marketing team and some of our project teams. You will be supporting a variety of marketing tasks, including media planning, tracking, reporting and analysis of campaigns as well as supporting the team on various projects. You have a strong knowledge of digital marketing, data & analytics related to measuring and optimising digital campaigns and understanding of coding.

    Responsibilities

    • Working with the Digital Marketing Analyst and learning to plan, execute, and most importantly, measure and analyse campaigns;
    • Collaborating across all agency sub-teams to measure and report on campaign results;
    • Assisting on media planning (paid, owned, earned) and scope for upcoming campaigns;
    • Learning how to work with set budgets to plan and achieve campaign KPI’s;
    • Collecting data and creating weekly and monthly measurement reviews with sub-teams on campaign and influencer performance;
    • Researching news and new developments in social media and influencer marketing field;

    Required Skills & Experience

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are looking for a Manager Operations who will manage the daily operations within IMAgency. You have a full focus on the growth of our in-house IMA platform, the beating heart of the agency houses over 15.000 influencers, and the adaption of working with it within the organization. Thereby you are responsible for process, meeting structure, resource planning, other relevant tooling to ensure overall efficiency and quality. In this role you report directly to the MD.

    • You set up the IMAgency working process and leading the execution by focussing on meeting structure, tooling, budgetsheet, project overview, accountability, responsibilities and KPI’s;

You will be the main point of contact between the unit and MT. The Head of Influencer Network is a skilled relationship builder with deep credentials and a talent for driving creative initiatives, as well as oversees and helps deliver the kind of communications and strategic thinking that elevates the agency’s quality and efficiencies.

    As a key collaborator, you know how to unite and motivate various departments towards a common goal. Daily influencer management of ongoing national and international collaborations and multiple campaigns. You manage different project teams, consisting of specialists like planners, designers, developers, photographers, video editors, content contributors etc.

    You will make sure that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, while ensuring optimal quality and customer satisfaction. You are responsible for budget, staffing and quality.     Requirements

    • Position requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with at least four of those as a production executive with strong understanding of business financials.

You will work on research for strategies, copywriting and strategically putting together pitch decks & proposals, attending brainstorms and coming up with conceptual starting points. 

    Based on client briefings, you will work closely with an internal pitch team to shape the optimal influencer marketing solution. All our campaigns are tailored to the unique needs of the client and created in close collaboration their marketing team. Therefore, you will act as consultant for the client during the pitch process, ensuring that the optimal campaign format is offered to reach the client's goals. 

    You will lead the internal pitch team. It is your responsibility to clearly communicate the client's briefings and goals and create the optimal campaign format with your team (under supervision of your direct manager). 

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Affinity with business development and strategy for the advertising/creative industry; 
    • Strategic and/or creative copywriting skills; 
    • Minimum of 6 years work experience in a digital / advertising / marketing environment; 
    • Experience or education in (digital) marketing and strong knowledge of the digital marketing space;
    • Digital Native; 
    • Social skills, team player and well-organized;
    • Independent, driven, creative, strategic and responsible;
    • Fluent in English writing, speaking and presenting;
    • Living in The Netherlands, Amsterdam area or willing to relocate within short time span (must have work permit for NL).

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    In the position of Influencer Project Manager you will manage collaborations between some of the best brands & influencers in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industry. You will gain in depth knowledge of our network of bloggers, vloggers and social influencers. With this knowledge, you will oversee the optimal matchmaking (together with our Matchmaking team) between our influencers and the international brands we work for. You will manage the influencers throughout the collaboration, from booking, to briefing and execution while keeping a strict eye on quality.

    You will take part in multidisciplinary pitch teams and join brainstorms to come up with the most creative and effective campaign formats. With campaign project teams, you oversee all activities related to the influencers. From video productions to events, online content creation to photoshoots, you will manage a very diverse range of activities. 


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Taking part in pitch teams, to create the most effective & creative campaign formats from an influencer point of view;
    • Managing the Influencer throughout ongoing collaborations, from booking to briefing, and from execution to reporting;
    • Oversee influencer activities related to our campaigns, for instance photoshoots, video productions, online content creation and events;
    • Relationship management with our current influencer network and scouting of new upcoming talent.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • A 3 years working experience in an international digital marketing or advertising agency;
    • Experience with managing influencers;
    • A structured way of working; competencies in planning and organisation & excellent attention to detail;
    • Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging and social networks;
    • An eye for quality content & storytelling;
    • A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within team;
    • Excellent people skills, a talent for building strong relations;
