  • Trainee Influencer Management

    As an Influencer Management trainee you will support our team of Influencer Managers in collaborations with some of the best brands and influencers in the industry. You will gain in depth knowledge of our network of bloggers, vloggers and social influencers. With this knowledge, you will oversee the optimal matchmaking, together with our matchmaking team, between our influencers and the international brands we work with. You will be guided on the execution of smaller campaigns and support Senior team members on larger scale campaigns. After training, you are expected to independently reach out and maintain contact with the influencers during a campaign. In addition to this you will have the responsibility to monitor the quality and results.

    This traineeship will allow you to apply your knowledge in a dynamic international work-environment and

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Review the influencer selection and write briefs for your campaigns;
    • Reach-out to influencers and negotiate with influencers;
    • Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign KPIs are met;
    • Develop influencer contracts (along with the Legal department.);
    • Develop content plannings and review creative content (visuals and copy);
    • Stay in contact with the influencers during the campaigns.

    Additional skills:

    • A recent graduate of Marketing/Communication/Economics studies;
    • A structured way of working; competences in planning and organisation and excellent attention to
    • detail;
    • An eye for quality content and storytelling;
    • Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging and social networks;

    About the Client Management (CM) Team:

     

    IMA’s CM team is responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kickoff to completion with creativity and outstanding project management skills. We pride ourselves on providing our clients, and influencers, guidance through each step of a campaign with thoughtful solutions and exceptional communication.

     

    As a senior member of the CM team, you will independently and proactively manage relationships on key accounts and serve as a leader to junior employees within the team. You will work closely with the Influencer Project Management and Brand Partnerships teams to retain our clients and maintain IMA’s positioning as a market leading, data driven solution to influencer marketing. 

     

    You will make sure that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, while ensuring optimal quality and customer satisfaction. You are capable of overseeing and managing multiple campaigns across many clients, and are willing to get your hands dirty in day-to-day operations. You have strong management, client relationship, planning and organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment. 

     

    We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the most effective and creative campaigns and who is willing to go all the way for client satisfaction. This role comes with a high level of autonomy while reporting to the Senior Vice President and the CM/IM team lead.

     

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for several (key) accounts with multiple campaigns at the same time;
    • Be responsible for the execution, management and quality control of all campaigns;
    • Contribute to the idea generation process & development of new campaign concepts;
    • Ensure optimal communication throughout the project team at all stages of the campaign;
    • Proactively update project status documents, both internal and external;
    • Contribute to ongoing improvements of internal processes and efficiency across the teams and project team members;
    • Contribute to internal and client calls, including creating agendas, maintaining status sheets, note taking and scheduling follow up meetings;
    • Contribute to producing campaign assets and take the lead in on-set or experiential productions.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 4 years work experience as a Producer/Project manager at a marketing or advertising agency in a creative, dynamic & digital environment;
    • Strong competencies in account management, planning and organization, to allow you to oversee multiple campaigns;
    • Excellent attention to detail;
    • Good working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising and preferably some experience in influencer marketing and/or social media marketing;
    • A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within teams;
    • Experience in communicating directly with clients;
    • Production experience on set: photo/video productions, events, etc.
    • Advanced social skills, a team player and well-organized; 
    • Independent, driven, creative, strategic and responsible; 
    • Experience with Salesforce a plus;
    • Fluent in English - written and spoken.

  • Influencer Project Manager

    Job purpose/summary:

    As an Influencer Project Manager you will manage collaborations between some of the top brands and influencers in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our network of bloggers, vloggers and social influencers. With this knowledge, you will oversee the optimal matchmaking, together with our matchmaking team, between our influencers and the international brands we work with. You will run several mid-level campaigns simultaneously, with the support of the Influencer Director. You will write briefings and be expected to independently reach-out and negotiate collabs and take the lead from A-Z. This is a client facing role, across your campaigns you will be in direct contact with our clients for which project management skills are of essence.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Review the influencer selection and write briefs for your campaigns;
    • Reach-out to influencers including celebrities and negotiate with influencers;
    • Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign KPIs are met;
    • Develop influencer contracts (along with the Legal department.);
    • Develop content plannings and review creative content (visuals and copy);
    • Grow the influencer network;
    • Client management;
    • Stay in contact with the influencers during the campaign as well as  prior to and during productions.

    Additional skills:

    • 3+ of work experience in an international digital marketing or advertising agency;
    • Experience with managing influencers;
    • A structured way of working; strong in planning and organisation, excellent attention to detail;
    • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, blogging, vlogging and social networks;

    About the Brand Partnerships (BP) Team:

    IMA’s BP team plays an integral and strategic role to company growth, ensuring our work is fresh, authentic, and brave. This team works cross-functionally, supporting our Client Management teams while also producing the best possible campaign strategies and creative output leading to the ultimate results for our clients. 

     

    As a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for business development through outreach and networking, growing your personal pipeline, and building thoughtful strategies for incoming RFP and our ongoing client base. It is your responsibility to clearly communicate the client's briefings and goals, initiate brainstorms and create the optimal campaign format with your team. You will present and pitch to clients with clear and concise presentations and demonstrations. This is a highly commercial role where you will get the opportunity to use and develop your pitching skills. 

     

    When a client is signed and all the terms have been finalized you will sit with our Client / Influencer Management team to hand over the project and put in place parameters for clean and streamlined execution of the proposal and communication with the client. 

    Many of our clients are international companies, therefore some level of international travel is required. 

     

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Reach-out to leads and prospects proactively; 
    • Grow spend of returning clients; 
    • Maintain consistent and growing personal pipeline;
    • Build new relationships with larger companies/brands; 
    • Use your personal network to attract new clients; 
    • Initiate creative brainstorms with other team members; 
    • Translate client briefings into creative and strategic campaign proposals; 
    • Responsible for multiple proposals at the same time;

    • Some campaign execution may be necessary with production and experiential components;
    • Identify opportunities to optimize and pivot based on ongoing performance analysis, industry trends, platform innovations, or client needs;
    • Guide junior team members while helping the Senior Vice President on larger pitches and proposals. 

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years work experience in a creative, digital, advertising, public relations or marketing environment; 
    • Proven track record of growing business in different revenue streams and verticals;
    • Experience and education in Digital Marketing and strong knowledge of the digital and influencer marketing space; 
    • Digital sales expert with strong persuasive skills; 
    • Advanced social skills, a team player and well-organized;

  • Internship Design (for enrolled students)

    Job purpose/summary:

    As a Design Intern you will work alongside our Design team and assist with the preparation, design and concept creation of pitch proposals. In addition you will support the designers with content creation and (digital) designs for social campaigns. You will receive guidance and feedback along the way and have multiple opportunities to contribute to the design team, whilst building on your own skills and experience.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Support the Brand Partnerships and Studio teams in collaborations with well known international brands with designing creative proposals tailored to the branding specifications of the clients;
    • Support with creating (visual) designs, creative campaigns and advertising assets for a variety of clients;
    • Help generate new ideas and creative thoughts;
    • Assist the Studio team members whenever needed e.g. image sourcing and creating mock-up materials.

    Additional skills:

    • Organisational and time management skills;
    • English language skills are a must; Dutch is a plus
    • Experience working with Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign;
    • Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects and Google Slides is a plus
    • The confidence to express ideas, and the ability to apply feedback into practice;
    • Enthusiastic and hands-on;
    • Previous design internship or design work experience is a plus;
    • Good eye for detail, layout, colour, typography and branding;
    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program related to design;
    • Full-time availability.
