The Top 10 Pride Influencers

Every year, during the months of June and July, the LGBTQI+ community celebrates Pride Month in numerous ways and places. Events are held during these months in ways to recognise the influence of LGBTQI+ people around the world. As a company who believes in inclusion and supporting diversity in all forms we want to commemorate and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community by highlighting 10 of the our favorite LGBTQI+ influencers, who are confident, inspiring and strong. It is also important to recognise that there are still far ways to go in terms of rights, freedoms and protections of people, however these influencers and everybody's individual actions are a starting point.

 

1. Jack Strify (Germany)

Being passionate about the LGBTQI+ community and showing their devotion during Pride Month, they have spent time learning, educating, donating and advocating for people in need. Her content is made up of different topics which include funny comedic skits, dance videos and duets. She stands up for what she believes in and is always herself. Alex is unapologetically himself. In a city full of neutral fashion and finance jobs, he isn’t afraid to stand out. He has his very own clothing line named Goon which has stand out pieces. Having previously worked with IMA for a Pride campaign, Alex produces creative content flawlessly and with great style. His aesthetically pleasing feed which aims to be more creative, keeps his audience wanting more. His strong content creation and belief in himself is the reason why he has been chosen for this Top 10 edition.

Her books center women and girls, global Black communities, and the LGBTQI+ community. Blair dedicates her online platform to advocating for the rights of marginalised people around the world. She aims to make the world a better place and to amplify the voices and work of those fighting the good fight. She among our favourites due to her strong beliefs and fighting attitude for social justice!

Enam describes herself as a “Fat Queer Femme” and uses her platform to showcase her approach to plus size fashion, as well as discussing issues regarding the LGBTQI+ representation and racial injustice. Her content focuses on fashion choices, creative photography and daily moments. Due to her strong ability to discuss important topics, create strong captions and engage with her audience, Enam has become an inspiration to many and has built up a trusting following. She is 100% herself and does not sticking to the status quo!

He is a speaker and advocate for the trans and gender non-conforming people.  He works to promote diversity within the fashion, beauty and media industries, and is the founder of the magazine FRUITCAKE. Throughout his content he shares his thoughts, opinions and beliefs making him a standout influencer. His unique look, makeup and fashion choices have made him different to other influencers in a positive light. His strong voice within the community and ability to be brave when it's sometimes hard are the reasons he has been chosen for this Top 10 edition.
